CoRInf

Shaping the next generation of IT support professionals

A programme recognised in French-speaking Switzerland

For over 25 years, CeRFI has been training IT support specialists in French-speaking Switzerland with its unique programme: the CoRInf.

Launched in 2000, this qualifying and certifying programme has given the Service Desk profession its due recognition by structuring its standards and professionalising its practices.

It currently represents an opportunity for career change, providing motivated individuals with a strong sense of service and great rigor access to a concrete and essential profession for the functioning of organisations..

The CoRInf is a training-employment programme specifically designed for IT support. Unlike traditional academic training, it is entirely focused on practical experience, real-life situations, and the operational requirements of the Service Desk. It enables the training of profiles that are immediately operational and suited to professional environments.

The technicians trained through CoRInf possess skills that are directly aligned with the needs of organisations: mastery of ticketing tools, application of ITIL® best practices, management of user incidents, and adherence to internal processes. Their intensive training and rigorous selection ensure reliable profiles that are quickly autonomous and effective.

The CoRInf provides a pool of trained, certified profiles who are already engaged in permanent contracts, which reduces recruitment risks and accelerates integration. This model ensures better team stability, a structured skills development process, and a sustainable alignment between the needs of businesses and the available skills.
