This training allows you to become familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Windows, and, as needed, Lotus Notes.
The participants learn to create and format documents, manage workbooks, create presentations, use email, organise their calendar, and navigate the Windows environment with greater autonomy.
