Platform for managing preschool and extracurricular activities
MonPortail is a suite of web applications designed in Switzerland by CeRFI.
MonPortail centralises the management of activities for:

Out-of-school activities: school canteens, supervised homework, sports activities, leisure during holidays, and care for school-aged children (UAPE or AES depending on the cantons).
- Preschool: crèches and nurseries.
- Family-based care: for children from early childhood to the end of primary education.
Already adopted by more than 90 clients – municipalities, inter-municipal associations, schools, nurseries, and childcare facilities for schoolchildren (UAPE or AES depending on the cantons) – in French-speaking Switzerland and representing nearly 300 municipalities, MonPortail supports administrative and educational teams in their daily management.
A solution that meets everyone's needs
The MonPortail platform places parents at the heart of the system.
They benefit from a single agenda to register their children, excuse an absence, or request additional services.
They have access to the complete history of the activities their children are enrolled in.
They can monitor the status of their finances (their MonPortail account) which they top up in advance via bank transfer, QR invoice, TWINT or credit card.
MonPortal simplifies the daily lives of supervisory teams (educators, supervisors, instructors, etc.) by centralising administrative tasks in a simple and intuitive tool.
MonPortail simplifies financial management by replacing traditional invoicing with a prepayment system and automating reminders.
